Are parts of your policies out-of-date, unclear, or just missing? Council Coach has just the support you need.

Mail or e-mail me your complete manual, and I'll respond with advice to bring your policies all the way up to speed. I'll make sure you've addressed every legally required policy and alert you to any common optional policies you might want to add. I'll check everything against the laws that apply to that topic. I'll identify anything that is unclear or that has caused difficulties for other councils. Finally, I'll send you an explanation of every issue I see, with concrete suggestions on quick ways to solve each one.
