Council Legal Answers

I’ll provide quick clear responses to your questions on laws related to your council’s work. By phone, e-mail, or fax, I'll clarify any aspect of SBDM responsibilities. I’m an attorney with 15 years experience in this area of Kentucky law, and I’ll back up my answers with the exact words of of the statutes and regulations that apply to your situation.

Regular updates also come with this service. When new issues develop that affect councils’ legal roles, I’ll alert you by e-mail and suggest sound ways your council might respond.

• $75 for six months of service
• $125 for a full year of service

If all the councils in a district sign up for legal support, I’ll drop my rates for each council.

• $65 per school for six months
• $105 per school for full year

For large districts, I'll charge those lower rates for any 10 or more schools that sign up for this service.
